Classroom Impact Grant Information
Application:
- The application can be downloaded as a word document
- On each page of the grant please include the Project Title as your heading
- The applicant’s name or the name of the school must not appear in the text of the grant or the budget areas
- The applicant will forward the application in its entirety to the principal who in turn after review will forward to episdfund@episd.org
Budget:
- Be specific in providing an itemized budget request
- List the items, the supplier and the cost
- Include charges for postage and handling of mail-order items as well as supplies needed to make the equipment function
- Shortfalls in your budget cannot be met by the EPISD Fund after grant funding has been allocated.

Implementation:
Award checks will be mailed on August 1, 2008 to grant recipient’s home address. Grant recipients are expected to implement their project as outlined in their application. Any significant changes must be submitted to EPISD Fund, forward changes to episdfund@episd.org for concurrence.
Project completion and reporting:
All funds must be expended by March 30, 2008. See Self Evaluation form.
Grant recipients are expected to submit an evaluation form upon completion of the project to evaluate the effectiveness of their Grant. The evaluation can be submitted by e-mail; additionally a budget summary with original receipts and record of expenses must be submitted by mail. The budget summary and any unspent funds are to be returned to EPISD Fund no later than April 6, 2008.
